As an editor-in-chief, I have been leading the team of Who is the Mole? since 2019. Creating a good content series with strong storylines and tasks that continue to surprise the fans of the program is exceptional. With a title where expectations are sky-high, it is repeatedly a challenge to make it feasible, from the planning to the budget and content. But thanks to the creativity and dedication of my colleagues, we manage to maintain the quality that Who is the Mole? is known for each season. It is a program with which we want to make an impact, and everyone at IDTV is motivated to offer the candidates and viewers the exceptional locations, the thrill of the reveal, and the insight into the game. With the whole team, we want to be able to say before an episode airs: We are proud!

Production leader Driving Judge / Bed & Breakfast / Meanwhile at the Hofvijver
As a production leader at IDTV, I enjoy working on various programs, such as Bed & Breakfast and Ondertussen aan de Hofvijver. Previously, I also worked on Atlas, Redding na de Ramp, and De Rijdende Rechter. I love the dynamics of my work: no day is the same, and creating something beautiful together with a team of creative makers gives me a lot of energy. IDTV is the ideal place for me to work: creative, full of talent, and with an open atmosphere. Everyone here has the space to think along, grow, and bring out the best in themselves.
The most challenging part for me is setting up a new program. From the first idea to the delivery to the broadcaster, there are all sorts of things that come your way: planning, puzzling, discussing, and continuously switching. It is precisely that process, in which an idea gradually becomes reality, that I find the most beautiful aspect of my work.

In the casting department, we are never idle; we cast for almost every production from IDTV. So we cast for many different types of formats. From unknown to well-known Dutch people and from the cutest kids to complete families. Before, during, and after the recordings, we also provide candidate guidance. Very cool, because that allows me to make the most amazing trips! I started at IDTV as an Office Manager and got the chance to transition to the casting department. It feels reassuring that you and your talents are truly seen at IDTV and that there is also personal attention for it.
